SSLC Mark Certificate, (2). HSC-12th Mark Certificate, (3). School Transfer Certificate, (4). Community Certificate, (5). Birth Certificate, (6). Passport, in a time bound manner, without insisting the petitioner to pay any fees for the remaining period of Course after discontinuation of B.Sc., Nautical Science (3 year course) by the second respondent.
