2. The petitioners herein are tenants and the 4th respondent is the landlord.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the said suit properties are in damaged condition and that the notice was issued by the Corporation to demolish the above said building, only on that account, request was made by the landlord to the tenants to vacate the premises. But, they have filed civil suit before the trial Court seeking an order not to evict them other than under due process of law. Hence, the complaint was closed advising the parties to work out the remedy through civil suit proceedings.

4. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, these, Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. 21.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No trp 3/5
