O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this 2/5

petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representation and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6.Therefore, recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 24.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
