Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had availed loan from the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited. The petitioner had committed default. The petitioner surrendered the petition mentioned vehicles. Mandamus itself is for selling the vehicles.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel inform the Court that the petition mentioned vehicles were sold on 05.08.2020. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
