ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to register the judgment and decree in O.S. No.106/2020 dated 10.04.2024 before the Subordinate Judge at Virudhunagar. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
