2.Though an F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.314 of 2012 on 21.07.2012, for women missing, no progress has been made so far. Hence, we are inclined to transfer the investigation in Crime No.314 of 2012 from the file of second respondent. Accordingly, we transfer the investigation in Crime No.314 of 2012 from the file of second respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
