This Court in its earlier order dated 10.09.2024 made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner before the next hearing date, this Writ Petition shall stand automatically dismissed as abated. Till date, steps have not been been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

2.In view of the same and in accordance with the order dated 10.09.2024, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
