ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 1998 in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.319 of 2021 and the same is pending.

case. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation. If the case is registered, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition seeking the appropriate relief. 4.With the above observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
