Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9763 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.9763 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.06.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9763 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
