PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner under the pretext of the third respondent's foisted complaint.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner under the pretext of the third respondent's foisted complaint.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
