Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants survey to be done at the petition mentioned land. Notice was ordered. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader states that there is no objection or rival claim. made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the third and fourth respondents are directed to survey the petition mentioned property and demarcate the same based on the records within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the survey report shall be served on the petitioner. 3.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
