Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7208 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.DR.M.POORNACHARI, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.iii imposed by this Court against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9145 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.457 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of alternative months, until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
