O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Admittedly in this case a civil suit is pending between the parties in OS No.50 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. The parties will have to resolve their disputes only before the competent civil Court and the 4th respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute that is pending between the petitioner and 5th and 6th respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Insofar as the case that is pending in Crime No.36 of 2018, it is left to the 4th respondent Police to investigate the same in accordance with law. This FIR will not give any right to the 4th respondent Police to interfere with the civil dispute that is pending between the parties.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
