Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police Submitted that investigation in this Crime Number has already been completed and the Charge Sheet was taken on file in C.C.No.680 of 2023, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No. II, Virudhunagar District and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
