ORDER

When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer that has been sought has become infructuous inasmuch as, during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the dispute between the parties was amicably settled before the Lok Adalat in the trial Court. The said submission is 2/4

recorded. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
