ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the remarks made in the Receipt, dated 08.11.2019, bearing No.21275/2019, issued by the third respondent and consequently, direct the third respondent to register the memorandum of deposit of title deeds, dated 22.07.2019, executed by the petitioner in favour of ICICI Bank.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the District Registrar, Madurai South, submitted that the document has been registered in Document No.3054 of 2023 on 12.07.2023.

3. In view of the same, it will be left open to the petitioner to go to the Office of the third respondent and receive the registered document. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
