ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.05.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii), (c) and 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act., in Crime No.57 of 2018. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were intercepted in the vehicle bearing registration No. TN 41 AV 0977 Mahendra Xylo and recovered the 3 white bags containing each 22kg Ganja and 2 bags containing each 20 kg of Ganja. Hence the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that Goondas Act had already been slapped against the petitioner
herein.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
