O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigating officer from the third respondent to second respondent to enquire the complaint dated 21.03.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint that was given by the petitioner is pending enquiry in CSR No. 228 of 2023, no proper action has been taken by the third respondent, inspite of specific allegation or complaint made by the petitioner that during the tenancy period, the fourth respondent had damaged the building of the petitioner.

3. The third respondent is directed to enquire the above said complaint given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
