ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Panchayat Clerk, based on the interview held on 05.09.2018.

2.It is now stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that one Kasirajan was appointed in that place.

3.As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
