ORDER

An affidavit of undertaking has been filed by the revision petitioner / tenant stating that he will hand over the vacant possession of the property to the respondent / landlord on 04.01.2023 and assuring that a sum of Rs.10,000/- would be paid as monthly rent, till he vacates the property.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / landlord has no objection and the same is recorded. However, he would submit that there is a default in the payment of admitted rent of Rs.3,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner / tenant assures that the entire payment would by regularized by 28.02.2022. The learned counsel for the respondent / landlord also assures that once arrears are tendered the same would be positively received by his client.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, based on the affidavit of undertaking. It is needless to state that if there is any violation of any one of the undertaking, it is open to the respondent / landlord to take steps to execute the order of eviction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
