This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only on 25.04.2023, the above said representation has been received by them. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
