PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.65 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

2. The learned State Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that 35 witnesses have been examined in this case and the case is posted for examination of Investigating Officer.

3. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
