PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to issue a notice of contempt to the respondents for not obeying the orders of this Court passed in WP(MD) No.20946 of 2017 dated 21.11.2019 and punish the respondents in accordance with law. Prayer in WP(MD). 20946/ 2017 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to implement the order made in Na.Ka.No.F 1/10072/2007 (Ko.Abi) dated 28.09.2017 on his file by demolishing petitioner building situated at Door No.8/1 Srinivasanagar, Vayalur Main Road, Puthur, Trichy City within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.
