[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.03.2018 which was made to repair the roads situated under the jurisdiction of the third respondent.

2. The petitioner made a representation right from 04.03.2017 and the last one being 05.03.2018, seeking to re-lay the road which has been damaged. Despite the same, no action is forthcoming from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, we direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.03.2018

and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
