ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 379, 307 IPC and Section 21 (i) of Mines and Minerals in Crime No.107 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are an innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4.The contraband involved in this case is two units of sand. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Taking note of the quantity of the contraband, this Court is not

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
