This revision petition is filed against the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in E.P.No.105 of 2018 in A.P.No.396 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the respondent in the arbitrary proceedings in A.P.No.396 of 2017. However the petitioner doubting the said arbitral award itself and the same was canvassed before the EP Court, however, the same was rejected by the execution Court. Challenging the same, the present revision petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as against the award passed in A.P.No.396 of 2017 in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.07.2025 Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No NCC: Yes/No PJL 2/4
