ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in connection with FIR in Crime No.2 of 2023 by incorporate all the suitable penal offences within the stipulated time by this Court.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the respondent police has not filed the final report so far.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that final report has been already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.127 of 2023 and the next date of hearing is 11.07.2023.

4.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
