JUDGMENT
************* [Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The appellant was over aged on the date of the death of the
deceased employee. But, his two sisters are entitled to be considered for appointment on compassionate ground. The appellant seeks to disqualify his sisters only because they are married, something not palatable. Simultaneously, he seeks condonation of delay in his age. This again cannot be granted, as while fixing any cut-off date, there is apparently some date or age to be fixed.
2. No ground is made out for interference. Hence, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
