ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 890 days in representing the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)SR No.33855 of 2023 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, 2/4
