This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to give exemption for the petitioner from surrender in the judgment in C.C.No.689 of 2021 dated 30.03.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul which was confirmed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul in Crl.A.No.40 of 2023 by the judgment dated 04.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
