PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 3 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against this petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 3(c) r/w 4, 5(m), 5(i) r/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 363 IPC, and remanded him into judicial custody on 02.02.2023. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.
