Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in O.Mu.7176/u.3/2008, dated 07.11.2008 on the file of the Respondent No.2 addressed to the Respondent No.5 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to enroll the petiitoner in the old pension scheme by taking note of the approval of the petitioner's first appointment dated 31.01.2001 as the Secondary Grade Teacher in the aided primary school in Shenthamangalam, Kottur block in Thiruvarur District prior to the appointment through District Employment Office as the Secondary Grade Teacher on 11.10.2004 at the Panchayat Union Primary School, Palayar, Kottur block in Thiruvarur District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
