O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pay medical reimbursement to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is the member of the Health Fund Scheme and eligible for medical reimbursement.
3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has submitted an application for medical reimbursement on 18.12.2019 and the Insurance Company also invited the copies of the bills in letter dated 27.09.2018. Inspite of process undertaken, no order has been passed. The application submitted by the petitioner is pending for about 2 1⁄2 years.
4. This being the factum, the third respondent/the Divisional Manager, United India Insurance Company Limited, is directed to consider the application submitted by the writ petitioner, with reference to the terms and conditions of the New Health Insurance Scheme, take a decision and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
