(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue community certificate to two sons of the petitioner namely Divakar and Sri certifying as they belonged to "Hindu Vadukar" community. 2.Mr.Aayiram K. Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader would state that based on the application submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent has issued certificates in favour of the petitioner's sons. He also produced copies of community certificates for perusal of this Court.
