O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the survey has already been conducted and that the private respondents have been identified as encroachers. It is further undertaken by the official respondents that steps will be taken for removing the encroachment by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
