PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR283 of 2018:- To set aside the order and Decreetal order dated 23.10.2017 in RCA.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Devakottai confirming the order and decreetal order dated 31.01.2017 in RCOP.No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.MURUGANANDAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.P.RAMACHANTHIRAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 198 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.750/-.(Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4.This petition is accordingly ordered.

5. In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the revision petition if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" forthwith.
