ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members in enjoying the petitioner's pathway admeasuring East West 9 feet and North South 87 feet in Survey Number 610 (Ayan Punja Survey Number 610/2F) and Survey Number 605 (Natham Survey Number 967/1) with gates at Sri Venkateswara Puram Village, Saathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District as per the decree dated 17.06.2017 in O.S.No.53 of 2008, on the file of Learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9908 of 2021 District Munsif Court, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District and considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15.06.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and registered FIR in Crime No.179 of 2021 and the same was closed on 25.06.2021.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
