This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2023 filed by the respondent before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to the Sub Court, Poonamallee, Page No. 1 of 4

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition can be allowed and prays that there may be direction to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2023 filed by him, within a period 12 months.

3. Recording the above submission, H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2023 is directed to be transferred from the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to the Sub Court, Poonamallee. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, the Sub Court, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
