The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E4/1299/2018, dated 20.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue a provisional no objection to obtain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

LE-1 license for the fireworks factory located in Survey Nos.382/3A and 384/1A of Vembakotta Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.Heard Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelanmuthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Today when the matter was came up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order has been cancelled and the petitioner is also granted liberty to obtain LE-1 license and as such the petitioner may not have any grievances.
