RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time of the Petitioner appearance before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kulithalai, Karur District for executing bond with sureties as per order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13707 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders on this day,upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MURUGAPPAN.R,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate(Criminal Side)for Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition, seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13707 of 2020 dated 01.12.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 01.12.2020. Thereafter, a petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7925 of 2020 was filed, seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13707 of 2020 dated 01.12.2020 and the same was allowed by this Court on 04.01.2021. Even then, the petitioner has not surrendered before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner, after getting extension of time, has not surrendered before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is not inclined to grant further extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13707 of 2020 dated 01.12.2020.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
