ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.96 of 2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the matter relates to conducting of temple festival and it involves lot of respondents and they have not filed any written statement for the past two years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the sensitiveness of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.96 of 2018, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
