Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.ALAGUSUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTASAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7104 of 2021, dated 01.07.2021. 2.

On the basis of reasons assigned in the petition, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall deposit additional sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
