2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.5034 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a sole bread winner of the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
