When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation submitted that except payment of interest for leave salary alone, in all other respects, the appellant's claims have been settled. Twelve weeks time is sought for paying the interest for the belated payment of leave salary. The said request is granted.
