ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3

for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120(B) IPC in Crime No.20 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.11.2023, 1 acre 84 cents of land bearing Re-Survey No.212/3 and UTR Survey No.71/3 was sold by A1 to A10 by creating a fake death certificate of the original owner and his wife, fake legal heir document and a power of attorney, to the some other party. The petitioners herein acted as brokers.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that totally a sum of Rs.6 Crores involved in this case and investigation in this case is not yet completed. 5.Considering the nature of offence and also considering the stage of the 2/3
