respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to grant remaining 9.5% of basic pay as increment by implementing the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.237, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013, G.O.Ms.No. 25, dated 04.03.2020 and G.O.Ms.No.24, dated 22.02.2021 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department.
