ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in 1/3

connection with the case in Crime No.447 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, has filed this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are said to have cheated a farmer for a sum of Rs.1,85,000/-.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners, who are the Tractor dealers, have cheated the farmer. He further submits that the investigation is yet to be completed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
