The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 3rd Respondent to take appropriate action for regularization of the petitioner's service as an operator of Over Head Tank in Kottanatham Village, and giving all his arrears of salary with bonus, based on his representation dated 16.07.2018 made to the 1st respondent.
2. Mr.S.Dhayalan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.Pandiarajan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the Authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.07.2018, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
