PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb for constructing house at her plot of bearing Natham Survey No.248/52-New Survey No.131/1, situated at Poosalapuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, from the third and fourth respondents. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb for constructing a house at the petitioner's plot bearing Natham Survey No.248/52-New Survey No.131/1, situated at Poosalpuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, from the third and fourth respondents herein.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in G5/2069/12193/GDP/SPMD/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
