Pleased to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 21.09.2021 passed bythe learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam made in Crl.A.No.56/2021 modifying the judgment made in STC No.4288/2007 dated 29.07.2010 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and set aside the same and allow the revision petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGANATHAN C, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence on 27.09.2022 with certain conditions. For reporting compliance, the matter was adjourned today.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the order copy has been received belatedly. 3.In view of the above said delay, let the petitioner comply the order on or before 14.11.2022.
